Alrgt Tee & LB and rigger, belvoire and the guys,.......... That is some mental difference with the photons. You can compare, to tee,s other AU grow.......... dont worry tee about them being 15-20cm away from the photons bro........ not a prob. But will block light penetration a bit though.

But ive had a jungle of DesFran, right up tight to photon....... and they still developed good lower satellites.......

Ok tee & LB, will post a new one up ok........ the PP Fem & DesForia Fem & Durban poison auto's are at day 24 today......... i had to drop out the 750m3/Hr fan. Due to slight excessive noise. Got the new rihno 400m3/hr with extra push power, got 300m3 coming in with the 125mm fan teetee gave me. so no negative presure as such.

The new rihno is below 28db's and is well quiet. got outdoor ambiunt of 21-24c and room is running at 28-29.5c !!........... but due to sativa dom, they aint batting an eyelid !! The durban auto is not worried either ??

Just changed at day 23-24 to 12/12, and topped the DF''s......... i got them in deep 32cm rose pots (7Ltrs)...... on pro/plus canna cocco. Which is a lot different now than the old pro. Much more lumpyer and fury !! but it do hold water much better i did add 15% perlite to help this. The old pro plus had a fine dry tea type texture......... i added Eco-thrive "Charge" look it up it's a good piece of kit.. tonic and benneficials and other bits in it......... might go see the WHU wen they move into the new pad............ i am sure i still got me old scarf from 89 !! hope alls well with tee/LB/Rigger/belvoire !! tee, the trouble with the cal/mag is it is buffered with Nitrogen. Which will cause more height. The answer is canna cal on it's own. Then you dont have the nitro in flower etc..

In addition there is always low nitrogen in the flower feed. That is enough for the flowers to form, and build. With the cal/mag, you are upping your nitro, so instead of 2/6/9 npk
with cal/mag nitro added to flower feed = 5/6/9 ??.........

I switch at 19-21 days, and start the flower feed the week before, and use canna calcium, to control height. In cahoots with a 7ltr vessel. You can keep the height down some what.

The AU,s are sativa dom, those thin leaves are allowing the photon in !! the difference is massive, comp to before you put in the photons..... shame there aint an "X3" lens 100mm for Helios etc.... would be nice !!......... what dya recon LB ??.......hope alls well bro

I think you're right about the Cal-Mag.... I upped it in week 7, a couple of weeks into week 7. I use the 'Bloom' Cal-Mag product,which is 5-2-0-0.
Also don't forget I had them in 5L Airpots and transferred them to 20L Airpots..... they call them Rocketpots over here cos thats what happens when you repot them.... they explode with growth.

You should try and take your seat away with you when you see the Hammers play, might be worth something one day LOL

Day 66-68 update

It's been another mental week in the tent, those AUs are gigantic, with numerous stems hitting the lights which are at max height. AU2 is happy but AU1 is showing signs of heat stress again..... leaves dark green and she's drinking heaps......
I'm also concerned that the weight of a potential big harvest will be too much for the girls to bear and they will collapse.
This is how the canopy looked on day 66.....

I managed to take the LED at the front, over AU1, off it's chain and fix it directly to the tent frame, and positioned a clip-fan so that is blows over the top of the canopy..... I got an extra 2 inches of space, much needed for air circulation.
I carefully placed a net over the canopy, fixing it in place with bungees, then pulled it down taking care to make sure eveything was correctly in place.
Finally I had to supercrop a few big stems over...... this is how she looked on day 68.....

The AUs are filling out nicely. AU1 is perhaps a little stressed, but that seems to be resloving now, on day 70 the AU1 buds were showing way more trichomes and a thick covering of fresh fluffy thick white pistils.

Here's a shot of AU1 on day 68, showing signs of heat stress but some nice colas forming, and some recent supercropping.....

It's kinda hard getting shots of AU2, she's so hidden by the 2m high AU1, but in reality AU2 is the biggest of all, she's like a bloody hedge.

I stuck the camera in blindly to see what was lying there at the back......

It's like a magical forest in there LOL

I've also been supercropping her, but she keeps bouncing back.....

CJ, meanwhile is nearing completion, and looking lovely in her quiet little corner.....

I have her on Top Shooter, and I reckon she has another couple of weeks before I flush her...

The Photoons have indeed made a real difference, they really penetrate further, you can see the coloured lights reflecting deep into the leaves and on the floor.

Did a Bubble run over the weekend with all my trimmings from the last couple of grows, yielded some nice balls of hash. I have them in the freezer, ready to microplane and dry out, before I heat press it all..... yum yum

soluble in mineral acid only or phosphate 1.5%

Potassium = K = Total = 2.9%
Potassium oxide K2O soluble in water 2.9%

And if you where making them up your self tee.... Qs would you lean out the N while increase PK, & Mg/Ca as you "Slowly" convert the feed from Veg to Flwr ?? few ml at a time just after 12/12 switch bro ?? to aleviate "Nute Shock" ??..and "Def's"... tricks out of bag now bro...

Remember that with the rise of "Ethylenne Flower Hormone" come a shut down in Rizomal growth or root development ceases, so no root boost need post 12/12 yea....

genesis 3 group set. NPK ratio's +

Microbase Nutrient 3 / 10 / 19 MB.
(Vit & Min Pac Added)Can use as flower on it's own)).

Grow 2 Nutrient 15 / 0 / 8 G2

Bloom Nutrient 6 / 15 / 17 BN

Tee, current mix to give early fruitification tuning of nutrient, this method applies to all NPK separate nutes, or any NPK combination.

Hi AB, I do a spreadsheet of my grows, here's a copy of part of it......

I made a mistake when I told you the Cal Mag was 5-2-0.... its actualy 5.2-0-0 as per the chart below.....

What you can see is each of my nutes and additives... all House and Garden, except the Cal Mag, made by Bloom, and their respective N,P and K values.....

....Then you will see Veg, this column is the mL quantity I used for this grow at week 5 veg EC was 1.1, and then the N,P and K values...

... then you will see Bloom, which is week 10 at EC 1.1, and Boost which is what CJ's gonna be on in the final week before flush EC 1.0.
3 weeks before finish I added the Top Booster (PK13/14) before running Top Shooter, so I've run some numbers for that as well.

....at the end is a tot up of the final N, P ank K values. House and Garden have the same A&B all the way through the grow.

So in Veg, you can see I was high N, Early to mid Bloom is high K, and PK 13/14 and late flower Boost are high P and K (with more K in mid boost with PK 13/14, and more P in late flowering boost with Top Shooter).

The Bubble run went smoothly, fresh, pure ice (of the legal variety - mind you, the Breaking Bad stuff ain't a rarity either from what I hear...) is 10 a penny round here, so I did a few runs. Got a set of cheap ($50) 5 Gallon bubblebags with 220/160/120/73 and 25 micron bags. a nice 3 pebbles worth from the 25micron, and a few smaller chunks of 73 micron..... there wasnt much else worth keeping, but I'm pleased with what I got I got, and it smells lovely, I can only expect it to intensify when I heat press it yum yum

Nice way of showing totals teetee man.......... the N in bloom at 5.25 is still a little high, not a prob for the 1st week of bloom, but needs slowly dropping down to 2 ? after 15-20 days flowering etc tee..... but the lower Ec's your are running already help to keep N down a bit. Will you keep bloom at 1.1ec tee till the end ??....... and subtitute bloom for PK later in bloom window yea ??........... Hope you and yours all well bro....Autoberry

I'm gonna have to look around for a Cal Mag product that has a lower N content then.... I can't find Canna Cal over here.
H&G do a MgO 8% product.... it's the only additive of theirs I don't use. I wonder what the Ca and N levels are in that.......
Grotek do a product 'Cal Max' which is 2-0-0 so that would be ideal.

Re my EC.... I have it on 1.0, and the AU's have been on PK 13/14 this week..... and will be moving to Top Shooter (as per 'Boost' on that chart I put up earlier) which is PK 20/9. at 0.5ml/L for a week then up to 1.0ml/L for the final 2 weeks before flush. I'll always keep the final EC at 1.0, as I have been since the heat stress issue.

Critical Jack is done now.... some of the leaves are starting to go yellow, so time to flush....

I have them in 20L airpots, 100% Coco as you know..... i have used the H&G product, 'Drip Clean', all through the grow.... it's primarily aimed at stopping salt build up in drip lines, but is also good in Coco as it stops the medium from getting salt build up. So my medium is clean, but the plant is still obviously full of nutrient....

So..... I usually don't feed for 24 hours, then give them a good 30L or so EC 0 rainwater to get a good 10 - 15L run off.... which I usually do by syringing off with a toy water gun (pulling out 500ml at a time, phew).... then I give them 10L or so (till plenty of run off) rainwater twice a day for the next 8-12 days making it a 10-14 day flush.....

Is that the right way to flush coco in airpots?
