TD Autos are good mate, they ready in 90 days and good yield.
I will go for mixed soil and coco 50/50
with photon 189 I will go with 4 plants in 20L pots.
best to starts Autos in big pot.
good luck and happy growing karma

Yo penfold, 189 is a good unit as i earlier suggested- you should get 2 4ft T8 20W LED uplights for the underside of your baby- your'll be surprised with the extra (up-light) coverage you'll get(: and your plant looks quite bushy- which i guess is a good thing- add abit of silica with A/B if you havent already done that and open her up abit(: helps branches with extra support which will result in her growing and maintain producing THC and more bud because she'll be able to concentrate rather than diverting energy to branches to help support the mass- silica already achieves this(: :::: :::: :-P

info @ LEDHYDROPONICS section(:

EASY!
