I would like to present my grow which is mostly DIY
My story with LED's become on May 2012 when I've bought my first China made Led Lamp.BTW that was my first ever grow.I'm heavy smoker and my habit cost me 20quid a day so I though I should start to GMO WeeD. Cos I'm some kind of gadget boy I wanted to start my grow with new technology and I've done some research on Polish forum and I've moved on
As you can expect lights were shit and I've said to myself I want to make something own with best components. Cree & Osram are diodes which I only use after I've spend weeks online on many forums and another media
There are red/deep red Osram Golden Dragon and warm white ;cool white ;royal blue Cree 36diodes powered at 680mA which takes 60watts.My idea is to cover as much as you can with not a lot of energy this is why I'm using more lamps but my area is well covered.I just didn't like idea of 300-500 and more watts of LED's in brick shape lamp -non sens for me -LED's should be close to plant to work best. With 144diodes I can cover 1.44m2 tent and got very nice results but I haven't got time to run proper grow as I should .I'm mean DWC and scrog is must to achieve good results with LED's.
So at my present grow I've build sliding mirror glass doors wardrobe with 240cm/80cm/160high with TD Silent 350 6"Rhino Filter ,SUZAN Controller (about that product I will tell you later)-you can control everything with it via console or your PC.
For such area I should use 5lamps but I got more so why not to use it as I said I'm very busy and I can not focus enough at my grow ,this is why I growing Auto's and TBH this grow I've done lots of fuck up's.Dont wont to waste my time on this but too low pH and too high EC slowed down plants. I'm still didn't finish my project -got some ORCA ,kind of mylar which I can't lay out now cos girls to stinky and I've to buy CO2 gas and another staff to control valves -SUZAN is gonna control it.

I've also played with some anoda but I wasn't happy with it need hard one which doesn't leave any scratches as that one

Its day 78th and 45th of flo BTW
I couldn't make better pictures of trichoms but I think some of them will go by next weekend -about 30-40% amber-smallest plants

this is control unit for SUZAN with display of usual conditions in grow with LED's on (18h lamps on)
Forget to add:
I'm using coco with airpots 7.5l-12l(mix) and all supplements canna + mono trace mix water RO

Excellent intro stbledgrowner mate, good to see your work in action. Are you actually using CO2?

stbledgrowner;............welcome mate to the forum.....................for a diy light set, you done ok freind,..............did you include the UV & IR diodes ??..........these are essential for the ballanced spectrums with led's. I love the "fan Less" heatsinks bro.............

Couldant see, but are the diodes 3w sqeez ??.................is the fat colas set the cheese man ??...............well done for the led set home made bro ?/............AB

Sorry for lack of updates but I'm simply too busy to be able to do everything

Thirst thanks for warm welcome and I hope we can exchange our experiences here

I didn't use UV & IR Diodes and I think my spectrum is good cos Cree Cool White and Warm White have some of those waves -you just need to stimulate the plant but main drive is in blue and red and also in green which is a lot in cool white.My idea with my lamps is to go as low as you can with power consumption and keep good results in same time.Simply The Best -very simple build of the lamp and best possible diodes in the market.In my spectrum you will find 12x red;12x deep red;4WW;4CW;4royal blue powered @~650mA.

About fan less heatsinks is another STB -top diode temp 55*C (have some pictures made with thermal camera but in Polish Forum Gallery and I'm not sure I'm aloud to post link here) some of diodes are 9watts I think (cool white @3A) but I'm using only minimum to get more light and less heat.Couple degrees more and light is going down.In Cree Data Sheet there is a note that -Diode is lifetime at 30*C ambient which is possible but you would need to use good fans.

Yes fat cola was Cheese -86g of that plant.
In total I got about 685g(I couldn't wait and cut couple branches so of very nice candy buds and I've trim them very well-as you will see on pictures.
The smallest plants I've harvested @85th day ,it was 2x cheese & 2x white cheese. Small buds but lot's of them ,very hard and heavy.-smallest cheese 44g

At 91th day I've cut smallest Amnesia and biggest Cheese.Last White Cheese went 3days after and finally at 103rd day my grow finished.
I've kept last two ladies so long cos I was waiting for 50%amber trichoms and I can tell you now it was worth it cos taste and high is much better then from that smallest one.
In last week there was 6panels around two Amnesia's but I gave them 12h of light only to tell them is time to go
The biggest Amnesia was 98g and average per plant in total 76g which is amazing

ATM I've another project going on at 23rd day 14x Think Different DP and just 3x (day 1) Critical + from Dinafem -I though that I'm wasting my grow space.
About that story I will make another post.

Very impressive set up, esp the angles ones on the sides... and the results speak for themselves, that must be some great smoke you have there! what sort of ambient temps are you getting with all those LEDs running?
Also, what nutes do you use?

TBH for last couple months I haven't got day off .The reason for such hard working is only one- I'm going this weekend to Barcelona for Spannabis to officially present my lamp and move on with my new business and website.So this is big chance for me ,which I gonna use 101% .

Temp with 8lamps never went over 31*C ,usually was 28-30*C. ATM i run 6lamps in new project and temp is 27-28*C.I'm using only coco with Canna A+B;Rhizo;CannaZym;Boost;Canna Mono Trace Mix;and SuperVit.
Smoke is wicked best I ever had b4.

Its too late now but tomorrow I will post new pictures from my present grow.

Hi ledgrowers !!

As I've promised b4 I gonna start my 2nd grow up here.

Day 23rd/1st day of 3xCritical+

There are some days that I'm not able to see my girls and again I got some problems(I had).
ATM everything backs to normal and I've done LST on all 14 ladies and cut all shitty leaves.They're fed with canna nuts every 4days pH 5.8 EC 1.4 water RO
Temperature at night and with 6lamps after 2 hours.
My new anodize heatsink in nice red color.
So I'll update grow after weekend some day.
