Cheers man.........the DWC is my first attempt........i aint killed it yet !!......it's a small pheno that ended up in DWC....but it may have a large finish !!.....now it's established the root zone which i didant take a pic of.........but it's about the size of one of those give away fuel station BP miniature rugby balls !!.......come to that three of Andy murry's tennis balls !!........it is nice and white though no phylium set in just yet !!........think the DWC might go 85 day's to the finish line though........it is nice knowing you aint got to disguise another 3kg root ball to get out of the house, let alone sneaking in 5 50ltr bags of compost into the place !!....under cover of darkness !!....covertness is a pain !!........ thanks for stopping in bro...........AM........

Comparing the 40 day 5.7 week intersection,........ on the "StarRyder" Time Laps photography of the StarRyder in cocco, on Dutch passions website........ all is well.........in fact one of the SR's is turning out to be ahead of the timelaps at week 6. sadly the rest are smaller phenos. But i have one "SuperStar" pheno rear left at 78cm tall at week 5.7 40 days......the DP Think Different are at 19 days 18 days respectively.

The outdoor ambiunt is still all over the place playing havoc with temp tuning in the room.......managed to keep it in the 24-27 bracket though with some jangling a bout. Mt new negative ion and carbon filter combined dispels all post lights out respiration odour in the 9 cubic meter space in 30 minutes flat from lights out. Then you cant smell anything at all !!.........brilliant bit of kit combined with an in room carbon filter recirculating cleaner and the external ATC run 450m2/hr pheat filter, and we have full odour control !!... Enjoying the Autofem tremendously,........after 300hrs on Fem/Regs this is a forgotten pleasure........the speed they pack it on at is industrial !!.........Heres DP's "StarRyder" at 40 days from 1st wet...........AM........

This little runt went to market but didant know how to feed !!.....and only had one leaf post cotyladon leaves.....it payed the price !!.....12 days old in cocco/perlite high drain mixture..

The next PremG StarRyder update, 7th October......they should be onr third bigger !!..if time laps is anything to go by, .hope outdoor temps have dropped by then !! Unless we get a October Indian summer !!......heres looking to a StarRyder Christmas !!.........AM.........

Eres the latest from the ACPO & CPs....jan 13.......... 9 plant is domestic, apparently.......AB............that's a more semi lenient approach ....AB.......

Category 1

an operation capable of producing industrial quantities for commercial use. E.g. a factory, farming size greenhouses or houses dedicated to the growing of cannabis. Look for 'gardeners exploited and trapped in the set up, and networked operation cultivating cannabis over various sites'.
Category 2

an operation capable of producing significant quantities for commercial use. It is easy to identify the smaller operations that fall into category 2; they will be a room or loft dedicated to the growing and drying of cannabis; more 'cottage industry' than 'factory.' What is not so easy is to distinguish top end category 2 from a category 1 case; the only difference between the 2 categories is category 1 is defined as the production of 'industrial' quantities as opposed to 'significant' quantities in category 2.
Category 3

28 plants with an assumed yield of 40g per plant.
Category 4

9 plant domestic operation.

It is worth noting that the guideline assumes a yield of 40g a plant. Up to now a plants yield has often been in issue; it may be that the guideline assumption of 40g a plant will become the standard projection in calculating a plants yield.

Category 1, 2 and 3 cases are likely to share some of the following features:-

sophisticated growing system
measures taken to conceal the operation;
plants well tended;
abstraction of electricity or electricity supplied by a generator;
look for discarded plant debris (significant amount of rotting stalks/vegetation indicates that there has been earlier growing cycles).

With bottom end category 2 growers and category 3 growers the question arises of what use is to be made of the cannabis. In mitigation the defence may provide a basis of plea which suggest that the offender is supplying to friends; the phrase 'social supply' is often used. Beware of the phrase 'social supply' (see R v. Auton, Hindle, Vincent and Willis [2011] EWCA Crim. 76) supply to friends is unlikely to be free, and supply makes the offence more serious; producers of cannabis are popular and have a lot of close friends when it comes to 'social supply.'

Which country is this info relevant to... I've never heard of ACPO and CP's. (I am gonna kick myself when you tell me).
The way the European Court runs these days, given the funds and legal expertise, surely as half of EU is legal why cant the fucking law apply in the UK?

Relevant to Uk inc Scotland, Nrn Ireland. acpo = association of chief police officers uk, national accoc. CPs. = Crown Prosecution Service. An acpo member came out yesterday and said he wanted it all controlled legal. They are all following whats gone on in Portugal and Spain, Netherlands etc.....

last July, acpo, statement said, post test case, anything below 20 indoor is percy above is commercial cat 1 cat 4. 9 is caution ??.......AB......it's all on "release" the site......and links.......AB....

'OUCH!!!' as I kick myself about the CPS.
A coffee shop culture in the UK would be top notch. The guy behind Yo! Sushi, and Richard Branson (and many other entrepreneurs) have already got branding, patents or whatever etc in place for when (or if) it gets legalized. Bastards!
Could you ever imagine a Yo!Sushi set up for weed.... joints, cake and buds coming round on the conveyor belt... take what you want and pay at the end.

Dutch pashions "StarRyder" 5th Update, Wk 7.5 53 days from wetting beans, 46 from 40mm seedling stage. coming on good guns so far, got 2 superstars on the go here, 20-25cm taller than the rest at this stage compared to the DP time laps of SR on DP's site etc......DWC EC 1.2 PH 5.8 Soil EC 1.4 PH 6.5 now there in flower, 6.1-6.3 in veg etc.........looking good here they are at 7.5wks.....AB.........
