Photo period or Autos

OK since i started learning about LED's i noticed that they are mainly associated with Auto strains ,why is this?

and are LED's just as good at growing photo period plants???

its great to hear they are great for both as i like the fact you can control the size and lighting with photo periods and the sheer choice of strains available. What Light did you use for the tang dream?

I will be buying the helios pro6 next week and cannot wait to receive it and turn it on lol ..... I was planning to buy the ms0006 and was a few days away from pulling the trigger but then i saw deadlocks posts and after talking to him and many people including dutch passions tony i decided to go with the helios, i know it costs much more but "in my eyes" they are newer ,are easier to strip down ,proven to work and cnt help but saying they look much nicer

This is because we can just keep dumping targeted spectrum lighting on the auto-flowering plants for maximum results.

LEDs work just fine with regular photoperiod-dependent strains. I've had a few LED crops pop up on High Times Pix of the Crop, all of them regular strains.
